Welcome to NF Movers and Packers. By accessing our website or using our moving and packing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

We provide professional moving, packing, transportation, storage, and related relocation services within the UAE. All services are subject to availability and a separate service agreement will be provided before any move.

2. Quotes & Estimates

All quotes provided through our website or by our representatives are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary after an on‑site survey of the items to be moved. Any changes to the scope of work may affect the final price.

3. Booking & Cancellation

To secure your moving date, a deposit may be required. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled move are fully refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the quoted amount.

4. Liability & Insurance

We carry transit insurance for all moves. However, you are responsible for declaring high‑value items (e.g., jewellery, art, cash) in writing before the move. We are not liable for normal wear and tear, or for items packed by the customer without our supervision.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide clear access to the pickup and delivery locations, inform us of any hazardous or prohibited items, and ensure that all personal valuables are secured or removed before the move.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos) is the property of NF Movers and Packers and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NF Movers and Packers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
